Chapter RE has submitted a detailed planning application for 33 energy efficient homes in Winsford in partnership with Weaver Vale Housing Trust. The proposals will see a disused 1.6 acre former manufacturing facility transformed into an attractive development of 33 houses and apartments for social rent. The new homes will achieve minimum EPC B and will all feature EV charging points and air source heat pumps, creating a sustainable and energy efficient neighbourhood.

Chapter are targeting a low carbon scheme employing Passivhaus principles.
Chapter is delivering this development as a Land & Build package and we are now working to create a shortlist of contractors to tender for the works.
The scheme will be delivered with the support of Homes England grant funding via their Affordable Homes Programme.
